Navigate to sports from the sidebar, select the market(s) you would like to bet on, and add your bet selections into your bet slip by clicking on them. We always settle bets according to the official competition reports, provided to us by the official body running the competition, so it is possible for some bets to take a little longer.

A void bet is essentially as if your bet was never placed. Voided bets can happen due to various reasons, for example if a match has been postponed or cancelled.
If your bet was voided, your stake will be returned to you. If your bet was part of a combo bet or system bet, don’t worry! Your entire combo/system bet won’t be cancelled, we simply remove the voided bet from your bet slip and recalculate the odds.

Log into your account and go to sportsbook. Click the third icon on the left sidebar; “My Bets”. In this view, you will find all the information about your open, won, lost, cashed out, cancelled and refunded bets.
Unfortunately it’s not possible to cancel a bet you’ve already placed. Always make sure that the details of your bet are correct before you confirm it.
While bets cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, we do offer an option to “Cash Out” your bet. To use the “Cash Out” option, go to “My Bets” and “Open Bets”.
